“I highly recommend the teacher training course at Open Space Yoga. It’s both rigorous and fun, and covers a wider range of materials than I could’ve ever imagined. An added plus is that the teachers come from a variety of traditions, giving one a broad view of the yoga world.”
Ted Pirsig
"If you choose Open Space Yoga for a teacher training program, know that you are in safe, comfortable hands, yet you will be pushed and challenged to learn and grow about yoga philosophy, asana, pranayama, meditation, but mostly, about yourself. You will grow not only as a yoga practitioner, but as a unique person as well, on a path to the very best you, forever changed from your experience."
Rachel Piano Pooley
When I signed up for Mary’s 200 Hour YTT at Open Space, I didn’t know quite what to expect. I knew that I would benefit from the experience, but was shocked when I realized just how life-changing it would become. Her teaching style was digestible and easy to absorb, yet the teachings she shared with us we’re dense and wide spread throughout the 8 limbs of yoga, ayurveda and a general philosophy of yoga - including the many different avenues students can take on their path in yoga. All in all, I would take this course time and time again, and very much look forward to continuing to learn from Mary. Anyone who has a chance to connect with this wonderful human being is fortunate, and I am eternally grateful to be one of the lucky individuals. Mahalo, Mary, and thank you for everything.”
