About the Event
Sankalpa shakti is a necessary and foundational practice in Yoga. Creating a sacred intent helps guide the prana and fulfill your deepest drivig desires. Although sankalpa can be used in anyway, a seeker uses sankalpa to awaken deeper desires like awakening the inner shakti or to make progress on the spiritual path. We will incorporate yoga asana in this class and finish with yoga nidra. Please bring something to cover your eyes and a light shawl for your body. Class is donation.
