Workshops are a wonderful way to deepen your yoga practice. They are not necessarily more challenging than regular classes, instead more time is taken with detailed instruction to focus on a particular aspect of Yoga practice.

“Mantra is a sacred word, heard by ancient seers in the depths of their meditations. Mantra is Divine presence in the form of sound. Chanting Mantras help to still the mind, uplifts the spirit, inspires and nurtures us at the most deepest levels of our being.” ~Rod Stryker
