  Level 1

This Class is for anyone new to yoga, no experience or flexibility required, all are welcome.

  Level 1-2 A Moderately paced class which buildes strength & flexibility. More emphasis on breathing and alignment of the body.
  Level 2 A more challenging class for those with an ongoing yoga practice. Advanced postures and methods of practice will be introduced. Not suitable for beginners.
  Kundalini The yoga of awareness, combines kriya's, breathing techniques, mantra and meditation. The focus is not on holding postures, instead we breath, and move ot get the energy flowing.
  Ashtanga A powerful class focused on physical strength and stamina leading you eventually into a full primary series practice.
  All Levels
Iyengar Influenced

Focus of class is on alignment of posture with longer holds. Props are also used to enhance physical alignment. All levels welcome.

 

 

Restorative/Yoga Nidra

The art of relaxation: this class is focused on restorative yoga postures, pranayama, meditation and yoga nidra. Yoga Nidra is a powerful technique in which you learn to relax consciously. It is a systematic method of inducing complete physical, mental and emotional relaxation. There will be a short restorative asana practice followed by Yoga Nidra.
  Community Class Class is offered at a discounted rate of $8, same excellent teachers!

Mats are available for rental,
please bring a towel, turn off cell phones, arrive a few minutes early, the door is shut when class begins.
