In 2011, OSY opened a third studio location at 3046 Monsarrat Ave, in order to diversify our class and workshop offerings even more. Our beautiful hot studio is equipped with UV and blower heaters which keep the temperature of the room between 93 & 100 degrees. We also have an air conditioner to cool down the space for meditations and lectures. The painted wood floor provides stability for your mat and the well ventilated room keeps fresh air moving throughout. Practicing in our Hot Yoga classes helps the muscles and joints loosen up more fully which allows for a deeper experience in postures. The combination of inner heat from the postures and the external heat really engages the body to sweat and release toxins.
